The volume “Abuse of rights”, written by Associate Professor PhD Camelia Ignătescu and published in 2019 at Lumen Publishing House, a monograph on civil law, extensively approaches concepts insufficiently analyzed so far in the Romanian literature. Therefore, because civil law is common grounds for all other branches of law, the paper brings together conceptual clarifications for any interested law specialist, regardless of their field of activity. This is the second edition of the work, since the first edition has already been published by Lumen Publishing House in 2013.References
