The volume "Personal Status and Nationality in Private International Law", written by Professor PhD Aurora Ciuc? and published in 2018 by LUMEN Publishing House, contains all the elements of a successful monograph: well-documented, well-structured, well-organized, marked with author's personal opinions, well-argued along with criticism, queries, the author's debates, which bring new elements into the literature, following the legal institutions in their historical development, then in their present organization, underlining the novelty, future trends. In addition, it is written in an original, cursive and pleasant manner.
